1. The Information We Collect.

The only circumstances in which we will provide any of your personal data to a third party for any purpose are those contained in this Privacy Policy.

2. Sharing of data.

We will only share data about you with the Bandmaster and authorised leaders of the Enfield District Scout Band.

3. Child Protection.

The Enfield District Scout Band website or the Band's publicity may publish photos of band members who are aged under 18. The Enfield District Scout Band website will not publish photos of individual members aged under 18 or surnames within captions to photos in order to protect them. We may also remove those members' (aged under 18) personal email addresses from entries made on our Guestbook. If a parent does not wish their child's photo to appear, please contact the Webmaster. We may then disguise the child's features on the photo so that the child cannot be identified.

4. Advertising.

The Enfield District Scout Band guestbook or forum may include interactive advertising for other businesses as part of the site operation. We may use, and provide to third parties, your contact details only if you have given us permission to do so.

5. Legal Jurisdiction.

All personal information and details held on and processed by computers are situated in the United Kingdom.

6. Further Information.

Enfield District Scout Band will as part of it’s normal operation send out to information emails. To subscribe to these emails send your email address to webmaster@edsb.org.uk.

7. Disclosure of data by order of a Court and Security.

We reserve the right to communicate a Member's personal information as we hold to third parties who are empowered by regulation, statute or order of a court. We have security measures in place to protect our customer database. Access to this database is restricted internally.

8. Cookies.

Most of the Enfield District Scout Band website does not use cookies. However, interactive parts of the site, such as the photo gallery and guestbook may well do, but EDSB leaders do not have access to any personal information stored or retrieved by the cookies.

You can use the Enfield District Scout Band website to link directly to other sites. Enfield District Scout Band is in no way liable for or responsible for the conduct, content or privacy practices, of these sites.
